The career services department is here to help current students, recent graduates and alumni polish their professional skills and transition into the workplace. Stop by during this monthly event to interview with organizations across the Dayton region. Kettering Health Network employers conduct interviews at Kettering College and many are open to hiring students from any major or discipline. All interviews will take place in the Boonshoft Student Center, unless otherwise indicated.
Many students have questions about which major or career field to pursue. Kettering College is committed to helping students decide on the best career path. Stop by the career services department and to receive aid in identifying your top work interests, values, skills, personality types, and leisure time interests.
Kettering College conducts workshops on a variety of topics including resume writing, interviewing, job searching, social media, networking, etc. Upcoming workshop dates will be announced in the Kettering College student newsletter and posted on this web page.

Ben Hotelling, Career Service Director –
Bachelor’s degree in elementary education, 2012, Andrews University; Master’s degree in leadership development, 2015, Wright State University
Ben Hotelling is a Dayton, OH native. He worked as a recruiter at Kettering College, then moved to Kettering Health Network’s Human Resources Department as a network recruiter. Through these roles he aided students and healthcare professionals connect to their best healthcare future. He would seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education, and skill to fill a particular role. Ben then transitioned to Fort Hamilton Hospital where he was the Manager of Business Development and in charge of building relationships with physicians and leaders across the hospital to ensure key service line growth. Now, he fills the role of Kettering College’s Director of Career Services and is looking forward to helping students achieve their career objectives.
