Through these roles he aided students and healthcare professionals connect to their best healthcare future. He would seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education, and skill to fill a particular role. Ben then transitioned to Fort Hamilton Hospital where he was the Manager of Business Development and in charge of building relationships with physicians and leaders across the hospital to ensure key service line growth. Now, he fills the role of Kettering College’s Director of Career Services and is looking forward to helping students achieve their career objectives.

“Over my time in the Kettering Health Network, I have gained valuable insights on how to help connect aspiring students with the professional opportunities that exist in the healthcare field. I am looking forward to making a difference in the careers of each of you. I understand it is quite common for students to have questions about their career aspirations and believe that now is the ideal time to ask questions, to explore, and to learn about your options. Your focus should not just be on graduating; it should also include a plan for life after Kettering College.  Students who have the most success approach the job search with a sense of confidence, curiosity, and flexibility. Be proactive, positive, and open to possibilities. I look forward to meeting each of you!” – Ben Hotelling
