Kettering College Plans for Summer 2021 Semester Due to Coronavirus

Kettering College is prepared to deliver a quality academic experience while keeping the safety of our students, staff, and faculty at the forefront as we return to campus for the summer 2021 semester.

Classes begin Monday, May 10.

  1. A blended method of instruction will be used. We will have a combination of face-to-face and online learning experiences.
  2. Clinical training will be face-to-face at clinical sites and through simulation activities on campus.
  3. Laboratory work will primarily be on campus.
  4. Lecture or didactic work will be a combination of face-to-face and online delivery.

Counseling Services

Through a contract with Kettering Medical Center’s counseling care center, we provide short-term, confidential counseling for students who would benefit from talking with a licensed counselor. There is no charge to the student for up to six sessions.

Counseling Services can help if you are:

  • Looking for a place to talk in a confidential setting about pressures and frustrations
  • Feeling lonely, anxious, depressed and frightened about personal problems
  • Experiencing relational difficulties in marriage, dating, family, and friendships
  • Recovering from a stressful or traumatic event
