2022 Summer Welcome at Kettering College

On May 6, Kettering College welcomed some incoming students at their Summer Welcome for programs that start in the summer. It is an opportunity for our new students to come to campus, see the faces of those they have been emailing, wrap up any business items they have outstanding, and hear the various ways that Kettering College is here to support them through their time here with us. The main goal of the Summer Welcome is to help students understand who we are, and how we can help them succeed.

Adam Brown, MS, Dean of Student Success, welcomed the group of diverse students. He discussed our faith-based culture, community, and resources on campus to aid in their success.

“We want to do all we can to set these students up for success to make service their life calling. We connect them to the right resources to help them reach their goals.”

-Adam Brown, MS, Dean of Student Success

Students received their badge, a parking pass, and took a tour of the facility to familiarize themselves with the location of classrooms, the library, and the beloved coffee station.

Ben Hotelling, MS, Associate Dean of Student Success says, “All of us get energized seeing new faces on campus. It is what fuels us every day. We enjoy watching them grow into the healthcare providers they have dreamed of becoming to fulfill their calling to provide care to those in need.”

“We love being in their corner, being their advocate, and giving them the tools they need to be successful in whatever their goals are.”

-Ben Hotelling, MS, Associate Dean of Students

We extend a warm welcome to all the students who are diligent enough to keep focused on their studies even throughout the summer when distractions are rampant. We pray this season brings them new knowledge, interest, and passion in their endeavors. We look forward to being a part of their journey at Kettering College.
