Transcript Requests

How to Request Transcripts

Students may obtain an official transcript by a written request to the records office.  Student accounts must have no “holds” for loan exit counseling and be at a zero balance, and graduates must complete all graduation requirements for transcript release clearance.

To request transcripts:

Electronic request

Order transcripts through Parchment – this option is available only to students who attended Kettering College after September 2001. Click on the button below to be taken to the Parchment website. If you a new user, you will need to sign up by selecting “new learner”. If you are returning, please use the same email address you used to create the account to log in by using “existing user account.”

Written requests

Federal regulations require a written release from the student.  This release may be in the form of a letter or completed transcript request form.  All requests must have a signature in order to release the record. A $5 fee is charged per transcript for written requests.  In-person payment may be cash, check, or money order.  Mailed payments should be made by check or money order.  We urge you not to send cash through the mail.  Transcript requests received without payment or signature cannot be honored. For written requests, you should allow five to ten business days for processing during end-of-term grade processing times. Regular transcripts are released within three to five business days.

Requests may be sent to:

Registrar’s Office
Kettering College

At this time we cannot accept requests by telephone or email. Transcript requests received without payment or signature cannot be honored.
