Support staff you can trust!
We provide a yearly communication training strategy for Kettering College staff to provide them with the tools and techniques they need to effectively interact with students. The training focuses on developing and enhancing communication skills such as active listening, effective questioning, and using appropriate tones and body language, while also teaching staff the best ways to effectively manage difficult conversations and address conflict. Additionally, the training strives to foster an understanding of the different communication styles students may have, as well as how to recognize and address students’ individual needs. Finally, the training strives to emphasize the importance of building and maintaining a collaborative, positive relationship with students.
