Enrollment Next Steps

Next Steps for Admitted Students Fall 2022

If you’re wondering what to do after you’ve been admitted until the first day of class on August 29, follow the guide below to stay organized.

  1. Sign up for a registration appointment:
        1. Sign up for an appointment to register for classes: new undergraduate students are encouraged to sign up for one of our in-person orientation days to register for classes in person. If you aren’t able to come in person, registration appointments are available online as well. Look at the two options listed below and register for the option you prefer.
          • On-campus Appointments: Click HERE to schedule your on-campus appointment on either June 6, 16, 17, or July 18. You will come to Kettering College’s campus during your appointment time and can register for classes as well as complete other enrollment business at this time.
          • Online Appointments: Click HERE to schedule your registration appointment. You will be able to meet with a Kettering College staff on Zoom to complete the course registration process.
          • NOTE: Please be sure to activate and log in to your KC student email and the student portal prior to your appointment. Contact the IT Help Desk (e-mail helpdesk@kc.edu or call 937 203-8303) if you are not able to log in. Ensure you are using Google Chrome with pop-ups enabled. Mobile devices will not be able to process registration
    1. Financial Clearance: A down payment of $800 needs to be paid before the semester starts unless a student has been awarded financial aid that equals the total semester tuition and fee bill or has 3rd party sponsorship. If you are ready to make this payment, log into your student portal. If you need help making a payment, you can contact financial.aid@my.kc.edu If you plan on taking federal financial aid, make sure to complete all FAFSA paperwork and submit to Kettering College (code: 007035). If you have any questions about completing your FAFSA, you can contact Melissa Franklin.
    2. Buy books and class materials: Kettering College utilizes an online bookstore called kc.ecampus.com which will fulfill your course material needs. After you register for your classes, you will be able to log in to this online bookstore and complete your order. Required course materials that are in stock ship the same day. You can choose the buying option that works best for you: rental, used, new, or eBook. Eligible students can apply for book vouchers at checkout. Note: by using the voucher, you agree to have eCampus send your textbook bill to the college, we then add your book costs to your Kettering College student account. A price match is always guaranteed if you find a lower price. For questions contact 859-209-6958 or email bookstore@eCampus.com.
    3. Please submit proof of your vaccination: Kettering College is requiring ALL students who are registered for classes (in person, online, or in clinical rotations) to submit proof of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Submit proof of your vaccination to Sarah Bayer, Student Health Coordinator via email at sarah.bayer@kc.edu .
