Kettering College Sees Increase in Winter 2021 Semester Enrollment
KETTERING, Ohio, February 9, 2021 – With a total of 795 students enrolled for the 2021 winter semester, Kettering College has increased its opening winter enrollment by 4% from the fall semester. Kettering College also reached its record winter credit hours of 9989, which is the highest since winter semester 2013, according to the school’s final winter opening report released on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
“We are ecstatic to increase our enrollment his winter,” said Adam Brown, Dean of Student Success. “COVID-19 has been difficult on all of us, but we have worked hard to enroll students who are focused on the mission of helping and serving others through healthcare.”
Kettering College is using a blended method of instruction—a combination of face-to-face and online learning experiences. Students’ clinical training is face-to-face at their clinical sites, simulation, and laboratory activities on campus. Their lecture or didactic work is a combination of face-to-face and online delivery.
“We continue to focus on helping prospective students get the resources they need to pursue a healthcare degree with a clear focus on serving God and others,” Brown said. “Our goal remains to increase our enrollment and meet the needs of our community.”
