New Student Orientation Days
The following is a basic guideline of all vaccination and health requirements to be completed before enrolling or to be completed annually. Please get in touch with your program advisor if you need additional clarification about these requirements. If you don’t know your program coordinator, email admissions@kc.edu and we will connect you with the correct program staff member.

Students in clinical programs must upload proof of vaccination to their CastleBranch account. For questions about CastleBranch submissions, contact your program’s Clinical Coordinator or clinical coordination team.
Requests for COVID-19 vaccination exemptions are determined by each clinical facility—not by Kettering College—and processes vary by site. For information on initiating an exemption request, please coordinate with your program’s clinical coordination team.
