Tesla is a registered radiologic and computed tomography technologist with over a decade of experience in both clinical practice and healthcare education. She earned her Associate of Science in Imaging Sciences from Kettering College in 2014, followed by a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a concentration in Management and Education in 2020 through the college’s online program. Throughout her career at Kettering Health, Tesla served as a full-time technologist, recognized not only for her excellence in patient care but also for her commitment to mentoring students during their clinical rotations. Her ability to build strong connections with students and inspire a passion for learning quickly distinguished her as a valued educator within the organization. In 2024, she completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Franklin University and joined the adjunct faculty at Kettering College, her alma mater. She is now stepping into her new role as Assistant Professor, eager to contribute to the development of future healthcare professionals. With a strong dedication to student success, Tesla is committed to making a meaningful impact both academically and personally—guiding students to realize their full potential. One of her guiding philosophies is best captured by a favorite quote: “Student success starts with a teacher who sees their potential, even when they don’t see it yet.”
