AJ Iwanski, BS, RDCS, RVT, RDMS, began her academic career in 2009 as a faculty recruiter and software trainer for DeVry University and Keller Graduate School. In 2016, she became a student at Kettering College, graduating in 2020 from the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. After graduation, AJ worked as a Cardiovascular Technologist at Kettering Health Hamilton and later at TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital, where she specialized in Advanced Heart Failure Care and Structural Heart Procedures. During her clinical career, she also served as a preceptor for students from Kettering College, Cincinnati State, Ivy Tech, and Christ Hospital Echo programs. Her love for mentoring and improving student experiences eventually led her to higher education administration, first in Student Success and now as the Student Information System (SIS) Administrator in the Information Technology Department at Kettering College. In this role, AJ supports data integrity, reporting, and system development to enhance the student and employee experience across campus.
