Warren is a 1995 nursing graduate of Kettering College. She previously worked as a registered nurse in different hospital settings, moving from bedside care to being a charge nurse, and an integrated care coordinator. Warren Started working at Kettering College in 2011 as an adjunct and then became a full-time Assistance Professor in the Nursing Program in 2020.
