Lona Blake first joined the PA Department in July of 2003 as an office assistant. After earning a Bachelor of Science from Nyack University, she was promoted to Clinical Coordinator in 2007. Lona retired in December of 2022. In September of 2025 she returned part-time as an Office Assistant.
