    • I have an edit and/or update for a webpage on the website. Who do I contact?

      To better serve you and process your website request, we have created a web edit request form. Please enter your information on this form and one of the PR and Marketing team members will assist you with your edit.

    • I have an interesting story or event to share with the media, community at large, or the college campus. Who do I contact?

      If you would like to have a story shared on social media, on our website, Pacesetter magazine, etc., please fill out our form to submit story information:

    • What if I need flyers made for my event?

      A minimum of 3 weeks in advance of notice is preferable. However, there is a free program, Canva, that can be used for design. For a tutorial of Canva, email us at marketing@kc.edu 

      If you would like to request the PR and Marketing department to design flyers/projects, utilize the design request form:

    • Where can I find photos of events in regard to my program?

      Visit our Flickr page for events such as dedication ceremonies, pinning ceremonies, enrollment events, assemblies, etc. to access and download photos.

    • What if I want my event to be photographed?

      The Marketing Department has already made a list of the events that we will have photographers present:

      • Convocation
      • Orientation Weekend/Event
      • Student Appreciation Week
      • Dayton Dragons Alumni Game
      • Dedications and Ceremonies of each Programs
        • Including White Coat ceremony and Pinning Ceremony
      • Explore Kettering Events
      • Spring into Health 5K
      • Certain Demonstrations in Programs
      • Disaster Sim. Lab Event
      • Promo Shots for Programs
      • New Equipment/Lab Space

      You may always take photos with your phone during your events and email them to marketing@kc.edu and we will be able to post them on social media or include in other campus communications. If there are other official campus events that you would like a photographer present at but is not on this list, please contact Breana Soliday Haughton at breana.solidayhaughton@kc.edu with a preference of 2 weeks in advance so we can best serve you.

    • How can I submit forms or flyers to be printed?

      For items of higher quality or abnormal size, sometimes we need to use the KHN print shop. You can submit these items by going to the Kettering Intranet. Click on Tools. Click on Forms. Click on Printshop request. Use your ID to create a login. This will give you access to printing and reprinting forms, flyers, documents, etc.

      • During this process, it will ask you to submit your department’s cost center. 
      • If you would like us to walk through the process, email marketing@kc.edu to set up an appointment. 

      For regular flyers, the Kettering College RICOH print shop is open for all of Kettering College faculty and staff to use.  

    • How can I order business cards and/or stationary?

      • Kettering Health Network has created a more organized process, through kdirect.org, in which every department is now able to order their own materials. At Kettering College, typically the administrative assistants will coordinate any materials needed for each department.
