National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) at Kettering College
The NSLS is the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the United States. Our local chapter is part of this national organization with more than 800 chapters and over 2 million existing members.
Students are selected based on exemplary academic achievement and leadership potential. Our chapter

What do I have to do to become inducted?
The Steps to Induction take approximately 9-10 hours over the course of the semester and you can complete it at your own pace. To learn more, visit nsls.org/the-membership-experience.
Is this recognized on campus?
The NSLS is officially recognized on our campus and is led by: John Nunes, Director, of the Division of Online, Professional, and Continuing Education, and Jane Nesbit, Professor of Math. Student members in our chapter will join more than 2 million members nationwide.
