Tanya McCray is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). She has been a respiratory therapist for over 30 years and has a had variety of opportunities to practice Respiratory Care in intensive care and acute care with neonates, pediatrics and adults. She has also worked in the medical device industry. She joined Kettering College in 2023 as an assistant professor. McCray received her associate’s degree in science with an emphasis in Respiratory Care from Lima Technical College (now known as Rhodes State College) before earning her bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and her master's degree in Respiratory Care Leadership with an emphasis on Adult and Organizational Learning.
