Ben earned his M.S. in Leadership Development from Wright State Univerity. As Associate Dean of Student Success, Ben provides administrative oversight for the student success and student affairs department. Areas in which Ben plays an integral role on campus include campus ministries, career services, student life, residence life, student safety, student coaching, advising, academic support, writing support, Title IX, and disability services.
