As the Associate Dean of Enrollment and Communication, Jessica provides administrative oversight for the admissions, recruitment, marketing, and public relations departments to streamline enrollment initiatives and the prospective student decision process. Areas in which Jessica plays an integral role on campus include enrollment strategy, campus recruitment events and campus visit experience, enrollment marketing strategies, process improvement for admissions and student services, staff training initiatives, and executive oversight in the areas of communication, marketing, and branding. Previous to her current role, Jessica joined Kettering College in 2014 as the marketing and public relations director at Kettering College. Jessica is a published author and speaker in the areas of emotional intelligence, group dynamics, and leadership. She obtained her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and earned a specialization certificate in change management.
