Online RN-to-BSN Admission Requirements

Applicants to the RN-to-BSN degree track must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission:

Applicants to the RN-to-BSN degree track must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission:

  1. Completion of an associate degree or its equivalent in nursing. Sixty-five of the total 120 credits necessary for a bachelor’s degree will be awarded upon receipt of your transcript.
  2. Possession and maintenance of an unencumbered and unrestricted registered nurse license in a U.S. state. Students accepted into the RN-to-BSN degree track who are in the process of obtaining RN licensure must successfully pass NCLEX-RN before or during the first semester of enrollment in nursing courses following the completion of the associate degree.
  3. Submission of a current copy of a government-issued photo ID. This ID will be required to verify the identity of students throughout the program.
  4. Applicants must present transcripts reflecting a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale).
