Important Upcoming Registration Dates

    • Registration for WI-18 (January 8, 2018 - April 26, 2018)

    • Registration for SU-18 (May 7, 2018 - July 13, 2018)

    • Registration for FA-18 (August 29, 2018 - December 16, 2018) (Tentative Dates)

On your Registration Dates

Students Newly Admitted to a Program

NOTE: Program students newly admitted to a program must contact their program chair or academic advisor prior to scheduled registration dates.

  1. Program Acceptance Deposit HOLD must be cleared for on-line registration
  2. Follow all departmental registration instructions
  3. Obtain academic advisor’s approval on course schedule. An advisor will unlock on-line registration by the scheduled registration dates.
  4. Follow on-line registration instructions.
  5. Obtain financial clearance:
  • New Program students and newly admitted program students may register without receiving financial clearance.  However, financial clearance must be received by the registration clearance deadline to prevent being removed from courses.
  • To receive financial clearance a student must either make a down payment of $800 and have a signed payment plan agreement on file, or have adequate financial assistance in place by the registration deadline to cover 100% of the tuition and fees for the semester.
  • Students who fail to obtain financial clearance by the registration deadline will be automatically withdrawn from their courses. Students who are withdrawn from courses may re-register during late registration; however there is no guarantee of space in the original courses.
  • Students utilizing Third Party Payment: The letter of sponsorship should be submitted to Student Finance Office, indicating term of enrollment and confirmation of amount sponsor will cover.
  • Payments can be made online. Please allow two business days for processing online payments.

  2. Check the website for Kettering College IT Help Desk for information on:
  1. Order textbooks as soon as possible as they may take several days for delivery.

 

New Students, Not Yet Admitted to a Program

NOTE: New Students, not yet admitted to a program (completing pre-requisite courses) must contact the Records Office to make an advising appointment to register.

  1. The $50.00 Admissions Deposit must be paid prior to registration.
  2. Meet with an academic advisor during appointment time made previously with the Records Office.
  3. Students should bring:
    • Their transfer credit report if they have been awarded transfer credit.
    • Their acceptance deposit, if not paid previously.
  4. Obtain financial clearance:

  2. Obtain information about College Orientation, and Financial Clearance Deadline.
  3. Student ID Card: Once registered students will have their ID picture taken.
  4. Check the website for Kettering College IT Help Desk for information on:
