Explore Kettering: Welcoming Future Students
Explore Kettering is an event we offer every year for anyone interested in learning more about what programs and resources Kettering College offers. It’s an opportunity for faculty, staff, and current students to answer questions from potential students and share a meal with them on campus.
The next Explore Kettering events are on Nov. 2 and Dec. 6. Instructors will be offering tours and hands-on demonstrations in our programs, so students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare can consider Kettering College as a viable option that offers an outstanding education in a faith-based environment.
Jessica Beans, Enrollment associate dean, says, “Visiting campus is one of the best ways to get a feel for a school and to know if it is the best fit for you. Choosing a college is a big decision and we want each student to feel confident and proud of their school choice. Explore Kettering is one of the best ways to experience Kettering College firsthand to talk to current students, connect with faculty who are professionals in the field, and generally get a sense of what Kettering College is all about.”
In addition to tours, discussions, and demonstrations, Jessica points out Explore Kettering even has staff on hand to help with the admissions or financial aid process if needed. She says, “We want those considering a healthcare career to experience our small and personal campus and to see our hands-on learning. We hope many will sign up for this event to explore Kettering College and see if we’re the right fit for their next step in their healthcare career.”
